Standard Video Package Features
- Production of a 1.5-2.5 minute full-motion video with voice-over narration and music that showcases a hotel property and all its key selling features
- End-to-end video production service includes property and market research, script development, creative direction, on-site filming, editing, voice-over recording and full editing and assembly with music and supers.
- One day of on-location filming of the hotel by one of our professional videographers using professional video equipment
- Finished video is encoded for internet streaming in 10 Flash encodings as well as 3 different encodings for Windows Media and Quicktime to ensure the best consumer viewing experience
- 3 DVD or 3 interactive CD-ROM copies of the video for offline use
- All copyrights of the finished video are owned by the client

Premium Custom Video Packages
A Premium Custom Video from VFM is preferred by higher-end hotels and resorts, boutique hotels and wellness spas -- in essence, any hotel that wants to communicate high production values and set itself apart from the competition. A premium video offers 2 or more full-days of shooting to capture the kind of detail necessary for a higher-end production. Specialized filming equipment is used to offer more complex shots. More time is taken during the editing process with the addition of motion graphics and After Effects, and premium voice-over talent and music tracks are used.
Premium Production Package Features
- Premium Video productions are custom designed video productions (typically 1.5-3 minutes in length) produced in the same way as VFM’s Standard Videos but including any of the additional extras and premium production services listed below.
- Additional videography days (to permit filming of more scenes and footage)
- Additional videographers (to permit more filming as well as jib shots, extra lighting etc.)
- Additional/premium videography equipment such as extra lighting, steady cams, jibs and cranes, rails, and high-definition video camera for higher quality footage
- Additional creative direction and acting direction if actors are used.
- Additional editing
- Custom-designed motion graphics and visual effects (Adobe AfterEffects®).
- Usage of stock footage
- Aerial and underwater shots
