These five, deluxe ocean view Polynesian style wood and bamboo cabanas sit on stilts just 60 ft. (20m) from the beach, just below the Tropical Suits and to the side of the hotel. They are surrounded by tropical gardens and palm trees.

Vacation in luxury at these twelve hilltop, Tropical Suites. These unique and charming rooms are surrounded by exuberant tropical gardens and are just 90 steps from the beach on a bluff overlooking the Pacific. Elegantly appointed, each suite is graced with hand carved four post canopy king size bed. All rooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans, private bath with jaccuzi, hair dryer, mini bar, coffee maker, safe deposit box, telephone and satellite TV. All suites are contained within an elliptical, shell shaped cluster and share a sun deck.

Breakfast (from 7am until 10am) and dinner (starts at 7pm till 11pm) are served at the "Cristobal" Restaurant, overlooking the ocean with a casual yet romantic setting. This nice restaurant is decorated with bamboo and furnished with fine Cristobal wood.

Relax as much as you like at Tango Mar Resort, or if you prefer, take one or several of our adventure tours. See nature close up - wildlife, waterfalls, nearby islands and Private and National Parks. Spend a half day snorkeling at beautiful Tortuga Island, or hike through the wild jungles of Curu Nature Reserve or Cabo Blanco National Park. Visit nearby towns with our guides in comfortable, air conditioned transportation. Then, return home to relax, or maybe go to nearby Montezuma for a night on the town. "Tango Mar has a nine hole course and for that reason alone many of us would eliminate it from our list of courses to play but this course is perfect for tuning up the most important and most neglected part of your game : the short game. These therapies release body toxins while moisturizing your skin, leaving it clean and soft. Natural scrubs are combined with essential oils to either briskly or gently exfoliate dead surface cells, leaving the skin soft and radiant.
