Welcome to the Yankee Inn

The Yankee Inn is centrally located directly on Routes 7 & 20 in Lenox. We are in the ideal spot for a traveler looking to explore all that the Berkshires has to offer.

A five minute drive South will land you in the Historical Center of Lenox, where you'll find Tanglewood, Ventfort Hall, The Mount, Shakespeare & Company, and lots of lovely shops, cafes and restaurants.
Five minutes North will place you in the center of Pittsfield, Home to The Colonial Theatre, Barrington Stage Company, Many great restaurants, shops and cinemas.

Stockbridge, Great Barrington and many other nearby towns offer just as much to do, and are no more that a 25 minute drive from the Yankee Inn.

The Beautiful Snowy Season

The Yankee Inn is a preferred lodging partner of the Jiminy Peak, Bousquet and Butternut Basin ski resorts.

After a long day of skiing, return to the Yankee Inn for a cocktail by the fire in our lounge, or a dip in our heated indoor pool & Jacuzzi.

Our Backyard And Pond

During any season, our backyard offers beautiful views of the Berkshire Mountains. Altought you cannot swim in the pond, it's a great place to sit and relax with a glass of wine.

We have Adirondack lounge chairs and picnic tables during the summer months.
A great place for snowshoeing during the winter.
Not-to-miss views of foliage in the fall.

Note: Although our pond is located directly behind the Yankee Inn, most of our rooms do not offer these views.

Housed in the new section of our hotel built in 2000, our King bedrooms are large and spaceous. Each room has ceiling to floor sliding glass doors which leads to its own private deck or balcony.

The room provides additional seating with either a love seat or a couch.
Private, bright and spaceous en-suite bathrooms with bath/shower.
All of our King bedrooms are located in the Main Building which also houses our lobby, breakfast, cocktail lounge and indoor pool.

2 Queen Room in Main Building

Located in the new section of our hotel built in 2000, our 2 Queen bedrooms are large and spaceous. Each room has ceiling to floor sliding glass doors which leads to its own private deck or balcony.

Two Doubles in Main Building

Our 2 double bedrooms are housed in the original section of our Main and North buildings. All of our 2 Double rooms are accessible by both interior and exterior corridors.

This room is a perfect option for families. Layed out in an "L" shape, the 2 Double room can easily and comfortably accommodate a rollaway cot.

Our Heated Outdoor Pool

Our hotel is the only one of its kind in the area to offer both indoor pool & Jacuzzi and an outdoor pool.

Our outdoor pool is a favorite place for guests to relax and cool off.
Open from dawn until dusk, the heated pool is even great for an evening swim.
Our lounging chairs provide optimal comfort and sun exposure for those sun worshiping guests

Indoor Pool & Jacuzzi

Be sure to enjoy our indoor pool and jacuzzi while youre here. It's the perfect place to come back to after a long day of skiing, hiking, or museum hopping.

Located in our Main Building, the pool area has a shower and changing room for guests who are staying in the North or South buildings.
On beautiful summer days the retractible roof will be open to let all of that summer air & natural sunlight in.
